Maybe by next year, we will be able to buy a new house. We're supposed to buy a house last January but it was not the right time for us yet since the housing market goes down here in our area. And mostly all these houses for sale are old houses and hubby wont definitely buy any of these because he is scared of lead paint poisoning. We researched about it and lead paint is really bad for you especially to little kids like Miriam. There are lots of new houses being built here and hopefully we can avail one when its the right time for us to buy. Parking can be so stressful especially when there's no way you can park your car since a parking spot is not available anymore and you don't know where's the right place to park without paying too much. We experienced this in Seattle and it was really a pain especially that we only have 15 minutes left for our passport appointment and the traffic was horrible also.
